Ultimate Asset, a leading social platform, is seeking an experienced Agency Sales Professional to join their high-growth team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling native ads, videos, and sponsorship.

Salary: Up to £65K base + commissions (dependent on experience) + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with media agencies and clients, identifying new sales opportunities and winning new briefs
  • Influence agencies and clients with insight, data, and research to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the team to develop commercial products and services
  • Maintain a strong network of agency contacts, particularly at Big 6 Holding Companies
  • Stay up-to-date on the digital advertising ecosystem

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • A successful history of selling six-figure deals
  • An extensive black book of agency planners, buyers, and comms planning professionals at top agencies
  • A curious mindset, cerebral approach, and excellent communication skills
