Job Description:

  • Manage site forecasts, analyzing demand trends and overseeing production schedules
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, gathering product-specific insights
  • Prepare data for the S&OP cycle, collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely inventory replenishment

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in forecasting within an FMCG organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Package:

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension, life insurance, and 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays).
