Residential Dementia Support Specialist

Care Professional Wanted:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our HC One team, providing excellent care and support to our residents in a friendly and approachable manner.
About the Job:
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs.
- Ensure residents receive timely and effective care, promoting independence and dignity.
- Manage medications and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with Registered Nurses and Care Managers to address any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Possess a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Confident in managing emergencies and utilizing Emed system.
- Familiarity with moving and handling equipment, including slide sheets.
- At least 6 months' experience in residential dementia care.
