At Austin Fraser, we are seeking a Residential Property Legal Specialist to join our thriving team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for handling residential property cases and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential property law and a proven track record of handling their own caseload. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Role
  1. Handle residential property cases from inception to completion
  2. Prepare client care letters and service plans
  3. Prepare and draft correspondence and precedent documents
  4. Submit searches and prepare draft reports on results and title documents
  5. Carry out bankruptcy searches and priority searches
  6. Prepare completion statements and invoices
  7. Draft and submit Land Registry applications
  8. Liaise with clients and other parties to ensure smooth case progression
Requirements
  • Previous experience in residential property law
  • Proven ability to handle own caseload
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
