About the Role
Brook Street UK is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join their 24/7 crisis recovery service in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a key member of a small team, you will work a varied rota and shift patterns, including sleep ins and waking nights, to provide vital support to adults in crisis due to mental health decline.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing client-led recovery plans that promote independence and well-being
- Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination
- Providing therapeutic interventions to support clients' mental health needs

Requirements
* A deep understanding of mental health issues and their impact on individuals and communities
* At least 6 months of experience in social care, with a focus on crisis intervention and support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Flexibility to work a varied rota, including evenings, nights, and weekends
