We are looking for a skilled Mental Health Assessment Professional to join our dedicated team at the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities
- To provide a high standard of clinical care, ensuring safe and effective assessment, treatment, and comprehensive discharge planning.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes for patients.
- To develop and maintain accurate and timely clinical records, coordinating those of the team where necessary.
- To participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and guidelines in liaison psychiatry.
- To contribute to the growth and development of the Mental Health Liaison Service, promoting excellence in patient care and service delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- RMN, Social Work or Occupational Therapist qualification.
- Professional registration with the relevant governing body.
- Proven experience working with individuals with mental health needs, particularly dementia and older adults.
