Clinical Care Specialist

As a Clinical Care Specialist at Omneshealthcare, you will work in a primary care setting, providing clinical care to patients. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression and flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities- You will work as part of our multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and high-quality care.
- Triage and treat patients, performing specialist assessment of their needs and make referrals as necessary.
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients in practice premises or their own home.
- Current HCPC Registration is required for this role.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays ensure a great work-life balance.
- An excellent salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered.
