We are seeking a dedicated Adult Support Worker to join our team at Fulbridge Social Care.
Job Summary
Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our service users. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality support and care to individuals in elderly care homes and disability support settings.
Main Responsibilities
* Build strong professional relationships with service users and other members of staff
* Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users
* Keep up to date with all communication and information systems
* Attend and participate in meetings as required
* Promote equality and respect individual differences
* Protect service users from any form of abuse
* Write accurate reports and keep written records
* Attend work reliably and punctually
Person Specification
* Ability to form professional relationships with service users
* Ability to read and write clear and accurate reports
* Ability to communicate effectively with service users
* Ability to work as directed and complete tasks to a high standard
* Ability to participate in training and development
* Awareness of effective teamwork and health and safety principles
Working Hours
We offer numerous shift patterns, including 8am-4pm, 4pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am (waking nights).
