Advanced Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity in Lincolnshire

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to work as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist for women and children in a reputable hospital based in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary: £50,900 - £57,300 per annum (Band 8a) dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including extensive training and development opportunities, competitive annual leave, staff recognition, childcare vouchers, NHS pension, employee discounts, cycle to work scheme, career progression opportunities, and flexible working hours.
Job Description
This role involves reviewing and developing policies, producing medicines optimisation reports, being accountable for either women or children, and providing line management and support to junior pharmacists and students. As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and contributing to the development of our pharmacy team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a pharmacy degree (Master/Bachelor), eligibility to live and work in the UK, GPHC registration with no restrictions, postgraduate clinical diploma and/or equivalent experience, extensive experience working in a similar role within a hospital setting, significant specialist medical knowledge acquired through training and experience, medicines management experience gained in a hospital environment across a range of specialties, previous supervisory experience, and prescriber qualification desirable.
