Associate Dentist Role in Lincolnshire

MBR Dental are seeking a skilled Dentist to join their practice in Boston, Lincolnshire on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced or junior dentists looking to expand their skills and develop their career.

The successful candidate will be a general dentist practitioner with the ability to work independently. They will be required to provide high-quality dental care to patients while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The practice is a 5-surgery principal lead dental practice, with 4 dentists and 1 hygienist currently working there. They offer a range of facilities, including computerised (SFD), digital X-Rays, CT Scanner, OPG & rotary endo. Parking is available at the practice, and accommodation may be available for dentists who wish to commute.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £90K - £120K per year, depending on performance levels. The UDA allocation is flexible and based on individual performance. The practice also offers a 50/50 Labs/Private fees structure, providing opportunities for earnings growth. As a valued member of the team, the successful candidate will receive support and development from the principal/practice, helping them to achieve their full potential.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be GDC registered with an active performer number and hold a valid DBS Check. PLVE dentists are also encouraged to apply.
