About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Health Care Assistant to join our team at Boston West Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK. As a valued member of our theatre team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures and endoscopic investigations
  • Work closely with Registered Nurses and consultants to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and caring environment for patients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • A warm and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced theatre environment
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including Monday to Friday
