Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd in Boston, England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, while also supporting the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver occupational health services within agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and implement health surveillance/screening programs in accordance with risk assessment legislation.
  • Analyze occupational health statistical data to optimize recording of activity.
  • Provide clinical supervision to foster personal professional development and progression.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all medical records in accordance with business policies and Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) guidelines.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and successful revalidation every three years.
  • Awareness of occupational health in food manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant guidance on data protection legislation.
  • Strong knowledge base of health promotion and health and safety at work.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Highly trustworthy and discreet with a flexible approach and work style.
What We Offer
