We are Greencore, a leading food manufacturer employing around 13,600 colleagues across the UK. Our team works with retailers to supply everything from sandwiches to ready meals.

Job Summary

This role requires someone who can travel frequently and has a full UK driving license. A car allowance is included in the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to deliver occupational health activities consistently.
  • Ensure the health surveillance/screening program for all colleagues is undertaken in accordance with risk assessment legislation.
  • Support the compilation of occupational health statistical data with accurate recording of activity.
  • Foster personal professional development and progression through clinical supervision.
  • Maintain the safekeeping of confidential medical records in accordance with business and Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) standards.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and successfully revalidated every three years.
  • Awareness of occupational health in food manufacturing or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant guidance on data protection legislation.
  • Good knowledge base of health promotion and health and safety at work.
  • Able to work within a multidisciplinary team to support health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Must be trustworthy and discrete with a flexible approach and work style.
