About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Process Manager to join our team at Bakkavor. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our processes to ensure smooth and efficient food production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches and meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record in food manufacturing with experience in process management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate numeracy and IT skills
