Job Summary:
Crisis Mental Health Support Specialist at Brook Street Social Care
We are seeking an experienced Crisis Mental Health Support Specialist to join our 24/7 service, supporting adults in crisis due to mental health decline. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues and be able to provide therapeutic intervention models to promote client-led recovery.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility in varied rota and shift patterns, including sleep ins/waking nights and 24/7 support. You will need excellent communication skills and a creative, empathetic approach to working with clients. Ideally, you will have at least 6 months experience in social care, preferably focused on mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and work with clients experiencing mental health crises
• Provide supportive interventions to promote recovery
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care plans

Benefits:
This is a salaried position, with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
