Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Support and Empowerment Specialist to join our Lincolnshire Crisis Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who require mental health support.

In this role, you will work closely with service users to develop and implement tailored support plans, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals. You will also work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of mental health issues and recovery principles
  • An empathetic and non-judgmental approach to working with individuals
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Salary: £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
