About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Retail and E-Tail Partnerships Strategist to join our team at ESET. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with experience in channel management, partner development, and project management.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global Retail, E-Tail, and OEM Partnerships strategy aligned with our overall sales and business objectives. This includes defining long-term revenue ambitions, leading business planning, and overseeing the implementation of our sales strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global Retail, E-Tail, and OEM Partnerships strategy, aligned with our overall sales and business objectives.
  • Define long-term revenue ambitions and lead business planning for Retail, E-Tail, and OEM Partnerships.
  • Oversee the implementation of our Global Retail, E-Tail, and OEM Partnerships sales strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and management of distribution and partners.
  • Lead the global Retail, E-Tail, and OEM sales teams to forecast revenue, track performance metrics, and ensure effective communication and collaboration between other sales teams and channels.
  • Actively support NORAM and strategic markets in the selling process via training, coaching, co-selling partner visits, partner profiling, and enabling.
  • Identify, develop, and close Global E-Tail, Retail, and OEM cooperations.
  • Ensure ongoing support, guidance, and resources are provided to channel partners to help them achieve their sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Define and align promotions for the Retail, E-Tail, and OEM Partnerships, monitoring its performance to support segment KPIs and goals.
  • Formulate, prioritize, and keep up-to-date channel enablement and activation programs, including training, marketing collateral, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns to recruit new Retail, E-Tail, and OEM partners, generate demand, and promote our products through the reseller channel.
  • Gather internal and external insights, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to identify new growth opportunities and adjust the channel strategy accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the reseller channel, including key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage, plan, and delegate work to immediate subordinates and be responsible for performance of assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures and processes.
  • Set clear and realistic goals and expectations towards work performance of immediate subordinates within prescribed deadlines.
  • Provide regular feedback and evaluate work performance of immediate subordinates.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 8 years of experience in channel management, partner development, or a similar role within the IT software industry.
  • Extensive experience with project management in a related area.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective channel strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Language: English C1/C2 level required.
