Main Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our temporary workforce management.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND DELIVER TAILORED RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS.
  • Develop and grow a pipeline of quality candidates through proactive sourcing, job advertising, and networking.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and act as the key point of contact for clients and candidates.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
