Rotational Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Rotational Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Pilgrim Hospital site, focusing on Acute Medicine, Acute Respiratory, and Health Care of the Older Person teams.
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a well-established Physiotherapy team known for its achievements and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have access to dedicated training, supervision, and CPD opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients during rotations of Acute Medicine, Acute Respiratory, and Health Care of the Older Person teams.
- Manage own caseload independently.
- Regularly receive training and peer review as part of ongoing professional development.
- Supervise junior staff, Therapy Assistants, and Physiotherapy students, ensuring they reach graduate-level standards, while collaborating with universities as needed.
- Conduct evidence-based audits and research projects to continually enhance clinical practices.
- Participate in the respiratory 7-day rota and act as an active member of the evening respiratory on-call shift.
Pilgrim Hospital serves the communities in the South Lincolnshire area, providing comprehensive care through its Accident and Emergency Department and specialist services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:Qualifications and Experience:- Hold a Degree in Physiotherapy (Essential).
- Maintain a CPD portfolio with evidence of relevant postgraduate courses (Essential).
- Be registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) (Essential).
- Have at least 18 months of experience in the acute setting, with a solid understanding of various conditions (Essential).
- Contribute to student or assistant supervision, enhancing educational offerings (Essential).
- Work effectively as part of a team/MDT (Essential).
This challenging role comes with a competitive salary range of £30,401 - £43,041 per annum, acknowledging the importance of this position in delivering quality care.
