Rota Co-ordinator, Trauma

As exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of a Rota Coordinator Trust Wide within the Trauma & Orthopaedics Department at ULHT. The post holder would be required to coordinate and manage the surgical Rota’s for the Department ensuring safe and effective staffing levels for service provision, whilst providing administration support to the service and line management of the admin team.
Site and hours can be negotiated at interview
The post holder will need to have data entry experience, be familiar in using Microsoft Office computer software, Excel in particular. Educated to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent knowledge/experience and demonstrate effective communication skills.
