Clinical Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Occupational Therapist to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients across various departments.
The role offers an exciting chance to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge while working as part of a rotational group of band 5 occupational therapists. You will be part of a well-established team of over 60 integrated therapy staff, working closely with physiotherapy colleagues to provide rehabilitation and prevention of deconditioning services.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your career and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Clinical Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment interventions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive regular staff supervision and appraisal, along with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around £31,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- A generous pension scheme with contributions from us as your employer fully protected against inflation and guaranteed by the government.
- Annual leave starting at 27 days a year, rising to 33 days after 10 years plus eight bank holidays (for staff covered by Agenda for Change).
- The chance to work extra hours at enhanced rates and we will pay you weekly too, ideal if your income needs a quick boost.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- DipCOT or BSc OT qualification.
- Occupational Therapy HCPC Registration.
