Job Title: HR Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HR Executive. This exciting opportunity will involve a range of essential HR activities that will contribute to the smooth operation of our human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an accurate and efficient HR database, including employee information and necessary documentation.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling inductions.
  • Deal with day-to-day HR queries and provide advice in line with current policies and procedures.
  • Produce informative reports using the HR platform.
  • Coordinate and assist with periodic processes, such as auditing accuracy of information, collating appraisal documentation, and auditing training logs.
  • Assist other areas/colleagues as needed.

  • Relevant degree or CIPD qualification (desirable)
  • Proven HR experience in a business environment (essential)

Working Hours and Benefits:
  • Working hours: pm Monday to Friday with 45-minute lunch
  • Starting salary: Competitive (25-28k)
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays, an extra 16 hours of time off in lieu taken at no more than two-hour slots (total of 27 days plus bank holidays)
  • Birthday holiday: An additional day off for your birthday if it falls on a weekday
