Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in enabling the achievement of HR and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business dynamics.
  • Provide strategic HR support to drive value-added interventions.
  • Aim to achieve HR and organizational goals, influencing positive changes.
  • Work in unison with HR advisors and assistants to form a cohesive business partnering team.
  • Lead and support organization-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality HR services focused on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR experience, with a track record of successful interventions in people management.
  • Skilled in advising senior leadership on HR strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proficient in leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
  • Current knowledge of Asylum & Immigration regulations, adept at managing visa processes and sponsorship duties.
