Human Resources Business Partner

Role Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role in enabling the achievement of HR and organizational objectives at Venn Group. This position will focus on providing strategic HR support to drive value-added interventions and influence improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business dynamics and develop strategic HR plans to support organizational goals.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
- Lead and support organization-wide projects and initiatives to drive change and improvement.
- Work closely with HR Advisors and Assistants to form a cohesive Business Partnering team and deliver high-quality HR services.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, motivate, and retain high-performing staff.
Requirements
- Proven HR experience with a track record of successful interventions in people management and organizational development.
- Skilled in advising senior leadership on HR strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive business outcomes.
- Proficient in leading change management initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
- Current knowledge of employment law and regulations, including Asylum & Immigration regulations.
- Experience in engaging with trade unions and staff representatives to drive positive change and improvement.
