We are in search of a remarkable leader, individual contributor, and strategic HR Business Partner to shape organizational strategy, enhance operational models, and empower the business to achieve its objectives while maintaining the unique qualities that attract consumers to our products.

By equipping the organization with essential tools and insights, the HR professional acts as a collaborator at every stage of workforce planning, talent management, organizational structuring, and change facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner will support the organization by spearheading the strategic HR agenda within manufacturing and logistics. You will facilitate business transformation and collaborate across functions to deliver solutions or design and implement company-wide strategic people initiatives.

- Define the human resources strategy to align with senior leadership by understanding strategic business goals and objectives; assess human resources implications of various strategies; and provide guidance to business leaders on HR matters.

- Collaborate with leaders and their teams to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable operational functions.

- Enhance organizational capabilities, simplify processes, and partner with clients to optimize team performance.

- Strategically collaborate with leadership teams to design and implement the most effective structures to drive business growth, streamline operations, and maximize team performance.

- Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of robust leadership skills. Focus on strategic coaching regarding succession planning, career development, and performance management.

- Identify, select, retain, and nurture key talent to drive quality and excellence.

- Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent through mentoring and training.

- Strategically guide the business and HR teams through essential HR processes such as people reviews, salary planning, performance management, and culture change initiatives.

- Collaborate with recruitment to develop and implement strategies aimed at attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining a strong and diverse talent pool.

- Partner with the broader HR team to share best practices, support local priorities, deliver cross-functional initiatives, and promote team development.

In addition to being a key member of the HR leadership team, you will also play a vital role in the overall HR leadership team, engaging in talent and organizational planning activities for the HR function.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; MSc in Human Resources or L7 CIPD qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in HR Business Partnering within a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment, ideally in food or beverage production.
- Project management experience is essential.
- Progressive experience in HR Business Partnership roles with increasing responsibility and a solid understanding of employee life cycle processes.
- Familiarity with HR concepts and principles gained through formal education and/or work experience in HR roles.
- Proven experience in making strategic HR decisions, coaching and assessing leadership talent, and effectively engaging with senior-level business and operations leaders.
- Demonstrated HR experience in a supply chain context, with the ability to connect the dots and drive the HR agenda through proactive thought leadership.
- Confidence to express opinions and ideas, along with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to leadership.
