Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the people agenda and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Support the people agenda by building credible relationships with managers and stakeholders.
- Address day-to-day HR issues as they arise, providing sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management, and talent management.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support change initiatives and drive business growth.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, with a proven track record as a generalist HR partner.
- Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders.
- CIPD credentials are an advantage.
- Experience working across corporate/head office functions.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
- Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values.
In return, the business offers a basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus company bonus and benefits.
