The University of Northampton is seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Human Resources and the wider HR team in delivering our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with University Faculties and Professional Services to provide HR expertise and support in managing, recruiting, developing, and motivating staff.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the University's Strategic Plan and commitment to being an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
About You
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of delivering HR services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have a strong understanding of contemporary HR practice, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence and commitment to continuing professional development.
