Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with HR Teams: Work closely with the team of HR Business Partners and Senior HR Business Partners to provide a comprehensive operational HR service to the business.
- Implement HR Initiatives: Implement key HR initiatives around talent and succession planning, performance management, reward, wellness, employee engagement, policy changes, resourcing, and organisational effectiveness.
- Analyse HR Metrics: Proactively track and analyse HR metrics and management information, providing recommendations for improvement to the Senior HR Business Partners.
- Deliver Change Management: Assist and execute the delivery of change management, engagement, and business improvement programmes across the business to optimise business performance and enhance employee engagement.
- Employee Relations: Work in partnership with the case management provider to ensure employee relation matters are handled proactively and trends are identified for intervention.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training on HR-related matters to equip managers with appropriate skills and knowledge to effectively manage their staff.
- HR Systems: Update, maintain, and promote HR systems to enhance the service provided to the business.
- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to support all recruitment activity to ensure timely response and delivery.
- Good People Management Practices: Act as a champion for good people management practices, supporting the empowerment of line managers in people practice.
