IT Service Desk Support Specialist

As a Junior IT Support Analyst with University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in providing responsive and customer-focused IT support to Trust users and stakeholders.
You will work under the direction of the IT Service Centre Team Leader and Senior Service Centre Analysts to maintain customer satisfaction and experience via effective first-line Incident management and Request Fulfillment within agreed service level agreements and targets.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and awareness, with a good understanding of basic ICT issues and its application within the NHS user base environment. Experience gained working within an IT Service Desk/ Centre Team or equivalent First-Level/Application/Customer support function is essential.
