We have a dynamic job opening for a talented IT professional at Rexel USA Incorporated in the US. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional customer service and achieves business objectives.
The Job Description:- You will provide top-notch technical support to customers using your extensive knowledge and experience in Windows, Office, and other related applications.
- Your goal is to achieve and maintain high-quality Service Levels through effective communication and collaboration with the business.
- You will develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive business success.
- To optimize performance, you will continually review processes and suggest improvements to enhance the end-user experience.
- Familiarity with M3/Movex systems or similar environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and a solid educational background in English and Math are must-haves.
- Bachelor's degree holders with experience in IT are preferred candidates.
- $30,500 annual salary, considering regional market conditions.
