Service Desk Analyst

The Service Desk Analyst role is a key position within our company, responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of ITIL principles, and experience working with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving ability, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a customer-centric mindset. They will be responsible for managing escalation through other teams, deploying and maintaining software and hardware, and providing administrative support to the back office and bespoke systems.

Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:
