Technical Service Desk Analyst

Movement8 is hiring an experienced Technical Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, bespoke application support, and participating in IT change projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for users and bespoke applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and drive IT projects forward
- Implement and document changes as required
Ideal Candidate
- Commercial experience in ITIL environment (ideally certified)
- Strong background in supporting bespoke applications
- Proven ability to work effectively in change management projects
- Business analysis skills (desirable)
Working Conditions
This role requires normal business hours, Monday – Friday, with a call rota, typically 1 week in 4-6. The position is primarily based onsite due to the nature of the work.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000, commensurate with experience.
