The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating conferences, events, and high-profile meetings, including booking travel, venues, and catering, as well as ensuring IT support. Additionally, the role involves managing probationary and appraisal processes, overseeing academic recruitment cycles, handling communications within the school, organizing travel for the Head of School, and taking responsibility for space planning tasks.
