We are looking for a highly organised IT Assistant to be responsible for assisting in the delivery of departmental goals and objectives, and primarily supporting the IT Director with day to day operational and administrative requirements.
The successful applicant will also undertake project coordinator responsibilities, assisting in the record keeping of all IT projects; ensuring information is up to date and accurate, and readily available as required.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and preparing meetings, agendas, notes, and minutes.
- Organising events and travel, coordinating team schedules.
- Gathering information for business meetings and other events.
- Ad-hoc administration tasks as required such as expense reconciliation and assisting with documentation.
- Coordinate review and approval for department and team costs (e.g. expenses and invoices).
- Liaising with executive members about IT matters; engaging IT teams to assist as required.
