Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and organize the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making and project support.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Handle personal tasks and errands to optimize the executive's time and productivity.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance productivity.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
