Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at SuperCare Residential. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to children and young people, including key working and daily living activities.
- Work in partnership with young people, their social workers, and other relevant agencies to ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate, monitor, and review care plans for allocated young people, preparing them for transition to adulthood and greater independence.
- Take responsibility for the upkeep of the establishment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
- Perform administrative tasks and record-keeping associated with key working responsibilities and daily home operations.
- Empower young people to take control of their lives, keeping them informed of their circumstances and rights, and involving them in planning their lives.
- Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns and report them effectively.
- Attend to the daily needs of young people, including personal care and household responsibilities.
- Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted environment.
- Level 3 CYPW or above (or currently working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care).
- Enhanced DBS Check and on the update service.
- Ability to drive.
- Smart and agile to handle the daily needs and activities of young people.
