As a Residential Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping them achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and care to our young residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and self-advocacy.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of our residential facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable children and young people in an Ofsted-regulated environment.
  • Level 3 Diploma or above in Residential Childcare (or currently working towards).
  • Enhanced DBS Check and update service.
  • Ability to drive with a full and clean license.
  • Smart and agile to handle the daily needs and activities of our young residents.
