Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Support Worker to join our team at SuperCare Residential. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support to children and young people, including key working and daily living activities.
  • Work in partnership with young people, their families, social workers, and other organizations to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and review care plans to ensure smooth transitions to adulthood.
  • Take responsibility for the upkeep of the establishment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks and record keeping associated with key working responsibilities.
  • Support young people in developing independence and life skills, including personal care and daily routines.
  • Respond to safeguarding concerns and report incidents effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted environment.
  • Level 3 CYPW or above.
  • Enhanced DBS check and update service.
  • Ability to drive.
  • Smart and agile to handle daily needs and activities.
