Job Description
Velsoft is a B2B educational technologies company that sells content and technology platforms to companies and education providers globally. Organizations in 164 countries worldwide use Velsoft training materials, e-learning, and educational software.

We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team as a National Sales Director. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $82,000 - $127,000 per year, plus commission and team commission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
  • Leading the sales team to meet and exceed goals
  • Hiring, developing, and training members of the talent pool on various techniques needed to reach set KPIs and gross profit targets
  • Creating good rapport with customers to develop and maintain existing relationships and foster new ones
  • Developing and communicating revenue targets to management and individual sales goals to the sales team & upper management
  • Establishing weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to act as a guideline for measuring individual and group performance
  • Maintaining accuracy of entries in our CRM
  • Making suggestions for continuous improvement in sales execution
  • Sales of product / Professional Services / Managed Services
