Your Role: As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business sales through warm and cold calling, targeting businesses and decision makers in various sectors. Your primary goal is to pitch the benefits of our corporate training services and modern apprenticeships to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business sales through targeted cold and warm calling
  • Research and source new leads, targeting businesses that fit our criteria for ideal customers
  • Bid on tenders and pitches to secure new business opportunities

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients. A background in sales or a related field is essential, as is a willingness to work in an office environment, with occasional travel required for client meetings.

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £26,000, depending on experience, plus a high OTE (On-Target Earnings) potential. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and earn a significant income within a 3-year period.
