We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Bank Support Practitioner in Carluke and Lanark. This rewarding role offers flexibility over days and hours worked, allowing you to fit your schedule around your commitments.

As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role within our team, covering shifts to ensure continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training, or sickness. You will support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs, assisting with daily living, personal care, and emotional support.

The ideal candidate will have confidence in using computers and be able to support individuals with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal care. Benefits of this role include:
