Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Customer Relationships: Form long-term relationships with key customer contacts, understanding their industry drivers, organization structure, and key stakeholders, projects, and goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Teams: Work closely with sales and delivery teams to identify and deliver appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate Delivery of Oracle Services: Act as the primary delivery contact to the customer, facilitating communication and activities across Oracle lines of business.
  • Deliver to Contracted Terms: Ensure effective and efficient use of Oracle delivery resources, achieving contract margin and revenue objectives.
  • Identify and Submit Delivery Leads: Identify new opportunities and contract renewals, submitting delivery leads to drive business growth.
  • Manage Major Incidents: Act as a point of contact for major incidents, managing communication and customer expectations through resolution.
  • Establish Governance Model: Develop and maintain a delivery governance model with the customer at management and executive levels.
  • Perform Scope and Risk Management: Conduct scope and risk management to ensure successful delivery of Oracle services.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve Oracle delivery organizational processes and tool development.
  • Conduct Service Account Planning and Reviews: Perform periodic service account planning and account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
