Strategic Growth Manager

Adria Solutions Ltd is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to oversee the account management function, ensuring clients gain optimal value from the services offered.
In this role, you will formulate and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and provide outstanding customer service while aligning with the company's values and culture.
You will be vital in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, enhancing product and service offerings to address changing client needs.
Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute tailored plans for accounts to meet sales targets and foster sustainable growth.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and uncovering new opportunities within the Commercial Cards sector.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform account strategies and business development efforts.
Partner with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver customized solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for major accounts, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
Create and implement strategies to boost client retention through exceptional service and value delivery.
Maintain precise revenue forecasts, contribute to strategic account planning, and conduct regular account reviews.
Demonstrated success in business development or account management within the Commercial Cards industry (Mastercard or Visa)
Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
Flexibility to travel extensively for client interactions and events.
