Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Activity Programme Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. This role involves developing and implementing engaging activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents, as well as collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver activity programmes that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
  • Liaise with relatives and staff to understand individual requirements and preferences.
  • Foster relationships with local community groups and businesses to enhance our care home's reputation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our social events and activities programme on a regular basis.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including access to our Employee Assistance Programme, Health Care Cash Plan/Private Health insurance, Company pension plan, Perkbox discounts platform, opportunities for Training & Development, Discretionary bonus, Employee Recognition Programmes, and scope for progression and promotion within the company.
