Activity Coordinator Manager

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our dedicated team to provide exceptional care and entertainment for our Residents.
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our Residents.
You will also assist the Home Manager in organising fundraising events and contribute to the development of activity programmes that promote socialisation, skill-building, and overall well-being.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Residents, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements- Experience working with vulnerable individuals
- Background in developing activity programmes
- Strong planning, organisational, and IT skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and communicate kindly
- Competitive salary of £11.50 per hour
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
