Job Summary

This role focuses on overseeing commercial activities within the Passenger Assist Programme, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and contractual obligations.

The successful candidate will oversee commercial activities, including escrow contract creation and change request management. They will manage the change request process from preparation to approval, ensuring changes are commercially viable and reflect programme requirements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within commercial/financial areas, exceptional analytical skills, and high-level capability in Excel. They must be well-organized, with attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading commercial activities, including:

  • Change Request Management: Oversee commercial activities, including escrow contract creation and the change request process.
  • Commercial Activities: Support commercial activities by providing documentation and leading the amendment and coordination of contract variations.
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure adherence to RDG principles, standards, and processes, and support readiness for internal audit activities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the change request process from preparation to approval, ensuring changes are commercially viable and reflect programme requirements.
  2. Support commercial activities by providing documentation and leading the amendment and coordination of contract variations.
  3. Ensure compliance with RDG principles, standards, and processes.
