Overview

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our multi-activity holiday childcare programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, motivating and supporting their staff team to create fun and exciting holiday camps that promote participation, structure, care and development.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality holiday camps
  • Develop and implement programme plans to ensure successful execution of policies and procedures
  • Liaise with parents, school representatives and Head Office to ensure seamless communication
  • Lead sessions and contribute to the high standard of physical, emotional, and social care offered by Ultimate Activity Camps

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality programmes and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
