**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Assurance Lead to join our Director File team in London.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT audit requirements, leading strategic direction and delivery of technical assurance services, and developing team members.

About Our Client

Our client is a global firm with a growing technology risk assurance team. They are looking for someone who can innovate their delivery in areas such as Advanced Data Analytics, IT Governance, Cyber Security, Technology Resilience, and Data Privacy.

Responsibilities

  • Audit Planning: Scoping and planning tech-enabled audit approaches to address audit risk effectively.
  • Review and Quality Assurance: Reviewing work performed by the team to maintain high-quality audit standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Leading a team supporting a portfolio of IT audit engagements, working alongside the audit team to plan resources, audit scope, and project plans.
  • Client Service Delivery: Delivering exceptional client service, meeting high-quality thresholds, and escalating project delivery matters.
  • Innovation and Methodology Development: Contributing to the development of methodologies and guidance for internal use.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Participating in marketing events, keeping abreast of firm services, and suggesting innovative products and services.
  • IT General Controls and Business Process Activities: Ensuring effective integration of controls testing and data analytics into external audits.
  • Cyber Risk Management and Business Resilience: Interpreting financial audit impacts of IT risks and control weaknesses.
  • IT System Implementation Risks and Controls: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT system implementations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
