Sales and Account Director

We are looking for a Sales and Account Director to join our London-based team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and driving revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the audio-visual industry and its trends. You will be able to identify and develop new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue growth targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with the operations and engineering product teams to deliver profitable revenues
- Analyze customer needs and develop targeted solutions to meet their requirements
- Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with potential customers
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in the audio-visual industry
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong understanding of the audio-visual industry and its trends
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
