Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Fundraising and Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective community fundraising strategies to raise vital funds for our charity. Your primary goal will be to grow our annual income through innovative events, partnerships, and volunteer engagement.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community fundraising plans to meet annual targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with local communities, businesses, and volunteers
- Create and implement engaging marketing campaigns to promote our events and initiatives
- Manage and coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, catering, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with our Community Fundraiser (Hampshire) to ensure seamless delivery of our fundraising strategy

Requirements
- Proven experience in community fundraising or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with fundraising CRM databases and Microsoft Office tools

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
